1. LeDore Dam Seismic Upgrades – Campbell River, BC
Construction of a debris flow barrier in the Rocky Mountains for control and management of large debris flows, Structure comprises structural concrete with a large debris gate encased either side with RCC.

2. Mine Rock Area (MRA) Phase III, Côté Gold Mine - Gogama, ON
The MRA Phase III Project consists of the construction of approx. 5km of new access road and runoff collection ditches, ponds and associated containment structures; surface water diversions systems; emergency spillways; construction access as well as installation of water conveyance piping. The services TCS are currently supplying for this project are:
- Day-to-day management of all quality aspects of the project
- Assist with the development of project scope ITP's and check sheets
Full time Quality Inspectors ensuring all work is meeting contractual specifications - Full time Material Technicians completing all required material testing.
- On-site CCIL Certified Portable Soils Laboratory
- Progressive turnover development and submittals
3. M-Dam Buttress Vale Mine – Sudbury, ON
The project comprises the completion of the buttressing of both dams for the M-Dam area and partial foundation preparation for the phase 2 scope. The buttressing is intended to reduce the risk associated with tailings dam failure and is scheduled for completion by 2030. The services TCS
provided were as follows:
- Quality audits of filter material production and testing and audits of filter material stockpiling
and handling - Sampling and testing of filter material at the project site to ensure compliance with technical
specifications - Full-time quality inspectors ensuring work is meeting contractual requirements.
- Full-time in situ density testing of as placed filter material
- Production of daily sampling and inspection reports demonstrating clients compliance with
contract specifications.
4. Water tower replacement – Seine River FN (Seine River, ON)
Water tower and treatment facility replacement on the Seine River FN – Scope comprised the demolition and reconstruction of the water tower and treatment facility on the reserve. The services TCS provided were as follows:
- Provision of a senior construction inspector
- Day-to-day oversight of construction work and reporting on progress
- Capturing daily progress via daily construction reports
- Schedule and cost monitoring
- Providing monthly summaries and progress reports for monthly stakeholder meetings
- Management of RFIs – liaison between contractor and engineering team to ensure timely response
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly cost reports
